Stress and...
The last eleven days have been A Lot where my chronic stuff is concerned. Two nights with less than five hours of sleep--which always takes several days to fully recover from--plus a couple migraines and more than half the days with moderate IBS flare.
That latter is part of why the house drain problem was so stressful, but being forced out of my house with no notice was itself unhelpful for the chronic stuff. And that was on top of the work stress that's been bad all this fiscal year (on top of the fascism of the last several years). So everything becomes a miasma of symptoms, causes, and possible triggers. One long chain reaction of nothing and everything. There's no way to separate each from the other, so symptom managment's the best i can do.
Anyway. The house drain did get cleaned out Monday afternoon (roots were the culprit) but not until late. So i had four hours to clean both bathrooms and do all my meal prep. While i did manage that, it was a near thing and messed with my usual night-time routine. So that was my second insomnia night recently. My brain still feels as though it's floating just above my skull.
My "get moving" alarm just went off, so now it's time for some good stress: A little floor yoga, since am far to wobbly this morning to attempt any standing exercise.
