A small, quiet life

Glimpses of today (20261007)

Slept in my 30 minutes this morning. This happens once or twice a month, maybe? Really wish i knew why so that i could replicate the effect!

Conference day two. In my field, it's become pretty common for online-only and hybrid conferences to include a significant number of prerecorded sessions. They're great for those of us with chronic conditions, as we can submit for one of those slots and not have to worry about having a flare on the day of the presentation. And i appreciate them as an attendee for the ability to rewind when i miss details due to brain fog. Had to do that at least once per session this morning. sigh

Despite having been on the edge of a migraine most of the day, did manage to make my haircut appointment.
