Glimpses of today (20260921)
High brain fog today. Part migraine, part whothehellknows. Luckily, the worst of it didn't kick in until after this morning's very quick medical appointment.
Two authors i support on Patreon are currently releasing chapters of vampire stories on Mondays. I keep getting plot points mixed up, despite them being entirely different stories.
We're finally out of the triple-digit highs, so in addition to swapping my seasonal decorations (all indoors and low-key) i also made a simple stew for lunches this week. Ground turkey, potato, carrot, celery, bay leaf, and bouquet garni. Yummy on its own, and mild enough that can add in whatever i'm in the mood for, day-of. Having a small spice collection at work is really nice, if you've got the drawer space.
