Glimpses of today (20260920)
Multi-headache-type days are always ungood. Two ice-pick headaches back to back very early. Haven't had any to that degree of intensity in quite some time. Also, weird weather pattern today meant a weird migraine pattern.
Managed my usual early grocery run only by sheer stubbornness. The sunrise was pretty, at least. Very soft, cotton candy-type clouds and colors.
Another ResearchMethods survey today. This time, on eggs (perceived nutrition, among other things).
