Glimpses of today (2026085)
Slept amazingly well last night, so really good energy most of the day. It's always a small relief to know that i'm still capable of days like this.
And good timing, too, as haircut and a trip to the public library were necessary after work. My hold was in--a nonfiction book on local history. Been a while since i've read a book that wasn't work-related or fiction, so we'll see how it goes.
There was a partially-worked jigsaw puzzle out as part of a display at the library. If i hadn't been trying to get home before the worst of rush hour, i'd have stopped to work on it for a little while.
