Glimpses of today (20260821)
Today i learned that re-reading books can be a stim. Mind? Blown. Also, the last couple years, i keep learning things that point toward me probably being autistic. Might need to start looking into that in a little more systematic manner, just to have the info readily in my pocket.
Surprise rain today, along with a lot of cloud cover, is giving my AC a good break. (yesterday's high was 108, so not difficult to be cooler. just very appreciated)
Online conference made up half my work day. All the sessions were interesting, though not immediately practicable for my day-to-day work. Still a good use of time. And between my sensory stuff, food issues, and migraines, it's such a relief to no longer need to travel for professional development.
