Glimpses of today (20260729)
Twas 83 entire degrees at 7 a.m. with not a smidge of breeze, making for a nearly-sweaty scooter ride to work. Then on the way home, 102 and 28% humidity meant the light breeze was trying to burn my eyeballs.
Second work day of the week; second day of needing an extra dose of dark chocolate.
Apparently, my brain just needed an expert to tell me that my sleep is mostly ok, actually. Second meeting with the CBT-i therapist and we're already going down to monthly check-ins.
