Glimpses of today (20260708)
Trains in both directions today--entirely doubled-up freight containers in the morning and entirely tanker cars this afternoon. Both moving, thankfully, and a handy spot in the shade to wait out the latter. A toddler waved at me while we waited.
A colleague handed out swag from a recent conference. I got three stickers for my journal decoration stash.
Have been using the CBT-i Coach app for a few days now and really like it. So much easier than the paper sleep diary the doctor had me keep. Plus custom fields, data export (as CSV), and it's good on privacy. Good on the VA for doing it right.
