Glimpses of a migraine day
Sudden onset after breakfast. Milder than usual light sensitivity; worse than usual queasy. Equally as annoying and frustrating as ever. Sacked out on the couch after medicating.
Three hours later, rain. So this was likely related to the change in front. Continuing to drink lots of water anyway, just in case dehydration was also a factor.
Couldn't even work on a jigsaw puzzle, as headache got worse when leaning forward.
