A note from the height of summer
Yesterday it was 105 with a heat index of 112. This morning i had to let the tap run to get cool water in the shower. This is only slightly too hot for where i am. Yes, it's typical to have rather warm water coming out of the "cold" tap--especially when it didn't drop below 90 until after 10:45pm.
